COVID-19 Guidelines: TargetCare's Ongoing Response
At TargetCare, it is our top priority to maintain the health and well-being of our clients and participants. Our team is working hard to immediately respond to the unique individual needs of each client during this ever-changing time. We've recently implemented some new COVID-19 guidelines. Here's what you need to know:
In addition to our temporary telemedicine, virtual health, and emotional support services, TargetCare is providing recommendations and guidelines around employees returning to work after presenting with a fever and/or symptoms of COVID-19. We are currently assisting our clients with implementing the following COVID-19 guidelines in their workplace, if they choose to do so.
Temperature Screening Protocol
The EEOC issued an update with its guidance that acknowledges employers may implement temperature screening measures in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. For more information regarding EEOC updates click here.
Recommended Procedure for Temperature Screening
If a company decides to implement a temperature screening protocol, TargetCare is working to assist with the recommended procedure on how to conduct the screening.
COVID-19 Symptom Protocol
TargetCare is providing our clients with ongoing resources and communications that outline what an employee should do if they are experiencing a fever and/or COVID-19 symptoms.
Return to Work Protocol
TargetCare has shared recommended guidelines on how to handle the return to work process for when an employee has experienced a fever and/or COVID-19 symptoms. We are assisting each of our clients with the process and communication around this protocol.
Our temperature screening, COVID-19 guidelines and return to work protocols are in line with the CDC as well as state and local health departments. We are committed to supporting our clients with these resources and protocols, and will continue to monitor this information and adapt as needed.
