As a Client Services Manager at TargetCare, Lauren is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current clients. She serves as the main point of contact to help employers determine, implement, and analyze wellness strategies. Lauren has been with TargetCare for over 3 years, and graduated with a degree in Exercise and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech. She also has a Master's of Public Health from George Washington University and is an ACE-certified personal trainer. When she’s not at work, Lauren enjoys exercising and going on walks with her dog, Kobe.
